Be the light of the world

This week let's be the light of the world! I love reading all of your posts. They are encouraging, inspiring, evangelistic, full of confidence and hope which is what everyone needs right now. We as Christians need to see the opportunities presented by the pandemic. There are opportunities to serve, shepherd, disciple. The Holy Spirit can shine through us even more radiantly as we offer encouragement and hope. Instead of questioning God's sovereignty, we are openly praising Him for His grace and mercy and the many blessings He gives us each and every day. I believe non-believers will sit up and take notice. Continue to let your light shine!

“You are the light of the world.
A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket,
but on a stand,
and it gives light to all in the house.
In the same way, let your light shine before others,
so that they may see your good works and
give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:14-16 ESV

And that desire and calling to be that light should look something like this:

This is a two-song day. I can just feel it.

Please join me in praying for our world. Pray that God shows you how you can be a light during this time of darkness. Utilize the solitude to delve more deeply into His word and to pray without ceasing so that we may come out of this more radiant than when we began.
